Every training session is guided by a highly qualified personal trainer. This is a great option for people just starting out, or who like a somewhat "traditional" functional training program to increase core strength and general conditioning using a wide variety of modalities and equipment to keep workouts fresh and interesting. Work out in a small group setting (normally 4-6 people,) with a trainer to lead you through a challenging, full body weight training workout that will get your heart racing, your blood pumping, and keep your motivation levels high!
